    Where can I find my entry numbers?

    Head to your account on the website, under (my entries) access your entry numbers by clicking view on the right-hand side.

    Can I upgrade/downgrade my subscription?

    Yes, you can! Head to your account under (membership plan) by clicking switch plan you will be able to now select which level you wish to move to.

    This will update your subscription level straight away.

    How do accumulating tickets work?

    The entries that you earn accumulate. For example, a bronze member ($24.95/month) gets 2 entries each month. So, in the first month of your membership, you receive 2 entries in every draw that we hold that month. Then, after your second payment, you will have 4 entries in every draw for that month. And then 6 entries after the third payment and so on…

    How are promotional prizes drawn?

    Each promotional prize is drawn live on our social media platforms using a lottery number ball machine, this removes any doubt or human error to the winning numbers.

    Are memberships automatic?

    Yes, your payment will be automatically debited from your card each month. You’ll get a confirmation invoice via email each time your payment is received with your receipt.

    If for whatever reason your payment has not gone through you will receive an email to resolve the issue immediately.
